刘韦辰（1988年11月27日[1]—）为台湾篮球教练、前运动员，场上位置为小前锋，现担任星火计划助理教练。刘韦辰毕业于南山高中、明道大学，职业生涯最初效力于超级篮球联赛台湾大，2014年加盟台湾银行，2017年转战富邦勇士[2][3]，2020年8月重返台湾银行[4]，2021年8月加盟T1联盟新北中信特攻[5]。2024年10月退役转任星火计划助理教练[6]。
